I watched the current episode of "Car Crazy" recorded today on Velocity. It's about the guy who owns Discovery and Velocity. He's a car guy and has a really nice car collection at a place called "The Gateway Colorado Automobile Museum". Hopefully he will add more car shows on Velocity. The episode is called "The Most Curious Car Guy". Very interesting. There is at least a little hope.

I called directv yesterday and the first message was that speed channel moved, lol. I didn't watch nascar races but I did like the highlight shows. I also liked the v8 supercar races. Pinks, BJ Auction, unique whips, and misc. shows. Velocity FTW.

What's that other channel that shows Gears, Trucks, two Guys Garage, etc.?

Speed still lives! At least here in Canada. Not sure why, or how but we're still getting it.

This wouldn't be so bad if they at least broadcast Velocity in SD.

OH AND THE KICKER. (DISH) I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA 10 BUCKS A MONTH TO GET THE FOX SPORTS2 CHANNEL. IF NOT... THERE'S NO WAY TO WATCH THE RACE.
We don't have a single HDTV, if you would like to buy us a few, that would be great.

Isnt it ironic?

The only reason I have cable is for Fox News and the Speed Channel. Thinking seriously about disconnecting my cable. Thanks Fox you really shi@$t#d on us gearheads. If we wanted to watch football or some other crap we would have tuned to the other 2000 sports channels.

Before doing that you better make sure you can receive the local channels with an antenna. Since they went digital I can only get one channel with an antenna.

I got rid of Dish and cut the cord completely, got a Roku 3 with a plex server. Saving 120 dollars a month and I have better content whenever I want.

If those speed shows are still being made, I can find them.

Isn't that why they sell Digital Converter Boxes?
