Ok, so how are you guys upping the HP on your Z28's?
I need to add another 100 RWHP I'm already planing headers, and probably a cam, but will that get me 100 HP?

Headers and cam (depending on how aggressive) can easily get you the 100rwhp you seek.

This plus an aggressive tune should do it.

heads are good for durability but minimal for hp, cam for sure, headers & 102mm TB with a tune. Upper intake like the MSD I have is good or FAST upper intake. Some people prefer the stock look and have the stock intake ported..

Katech Stage 3 620 to 650 hp
they are the best IMHO...I've got my '09 Z06 at 650 hp with a tune for 91, 93 octane and E85; it is a terror on the street.

i went from 462 rwhp/437 ft lbs to 577 rwhp/514 ft lbs with the following:
Ported heads BTR Stage 3 cam ARH long tube headers with 2" primaries and cat delete 93 octane tune adding the FAST LSXR intake manifold and Nick Williams 102 throttle body with bigger injectors in a couple of weeks. should be close on 600 rwhp with that lot and then I am finished (famous last words!)
