SPEED Network is gone....
well I am officially bummed, unless someone can point me to where I can watch marathons of Pass Time & all the other great programming that was on SPEED Network
 I was assuming that the FOX Sports 1 was going to basically be Speed network under another name, they had been co-branding the shows lately..boy was I wrong. Fox Sports 1 all day is MMA, like there is no where else to see that on tv. I need my motorsports fix dangit. Please tell me there is something coming down the road to replace Speed?

It sucks.About the only other channel that has automotive programming is Velocity 281 on Directtv.

Yeah Fox Sports 1 is the new ESPN type channel. Velocity is a lot of car shows but they slip up and show wildlife shows and other stuff sometimes.

That sucks. I can get ten different Spanish channels. No disrespect to Spanish speaking folks, but I don't speak it. I sometimes wonder where the Gaelic channel is, or where the Tuscan channel is on my TV dial.
These are things that made me tell cable TV to bore it and stroke it and ram it up their old tan track just as hard and as far as it would go.

Pass Time, Pinks, Gears, Two Guys Garage, F1 all gone, wonder if anyone will show the BJ auctions? So many useless channels on sat. and cable but none are for motorsports now. WTF Rupert?

I've heard that they will continue to cover Barrett Jackson (at least the big on in January, not sure about the others).
I didn't watch Speed too much, but I'd often flip to it just to see whats on. I won't be doing that with Fox Sports 1

I just scrolled through the next few days schedule on Fox1... It's terrible they even moved Race Hub to 4:30 and cut it to 30 minutes so they can put on a soccer show.... I predict it won't last long like this. Maybe bombard their Facebook page with protest wanting Speed back!

This is just great.... I've always thought Fox coverage of Nascar is the best and really thought the "new" channel would just build on that.... guess thats what I get for assuming.
