What do y'all think about the black wheels when the car is in motion?
I'm curios what you guys think? I haven't seen mine in motion since I don't let anyone drive it LOL what do u guys think? Look good? (:

Drake, I would'd know because I'm only at status 3100 as of today. I see how it is, now your going to shove the knife in a little deaper and give it a turn. LOL.

you cant see black wheels in motion, just a hole. all you see is the calipers and rotors

I would like to see what they look like as well, but I am not sure I am willing to let anyone else drive it, so it is a real dilemma

There have been a number of videos made now with the ZL1 on the track. I would imagine some would have some clips of the black rims in motion.

It looks great , the rotors shine through the spokes , like ltdoge said , butonly at certain speeds , go and get them .

Flat black wheels don't show up really well but glossy black will because they reflect light still. Machined face is the best of both worlds, stealth and yet still have a touch of flash. I had ZR1 gloss black repro wheels on my C6 but I also had bright blue calipers to make them pop.

Check out the Road and Track GTR vs ZL1 post for a shot of the black wheels in motion. I think they look pretty cool, but then my order will include them so I may be prejudiced toward them. Gary |
