Here are the details: Sun. 9/23 - 1pm This will be a cruise out to Parke County through covered Bridge country. The last stop on the cruise will be Turkey Run State Park & Lodge which serves a dinner buffet from 5-8 if you are interested. I will work on mapping out and test driving a route with paved roads. We will also try to stop at some of the more accessible bridges (Mansfield & Bridgeton) for photo ops! We will meet up at Hendricks Regional Health Hospital parking lot in Danville. If coming in on 36, turn right at the light by Kroger & McDonalds (Old 36/Main St). Go up the hill and just across from the Sheriffs Dept turn left onto Terry Kirtley - parking lot will be on your right. All generation Camaros are welcome! |

Sorry! I put a poll up on the 5th Gen Facebook page 2 weeks ago with 3 date options for this event. I picked a date that the majority said they would be able to go to and that was Sunday 9/23. There are so many other things going on between now and then - options were limited. I did try to not make it too early on a Sunday though..

I hope I didn't sound like I was complaining in my last post. I know that events are scheduled for when most people can attend, which typically means Saturdays. Unfortunately, that happens to be a day I always work, which is why I was so excited to see something on a Sun. No matter when something is scheduled, not everyone will be able to make it and I appreciate all the work that those who plan these events put into them.

Oh my god, I forgot about C3Fest! For some reason I thought it was later in August. I've been so busy with work & other stuff that I haven't been on here in a while. I CANNOT BELIEVE I FORGOT.

A lot of us don't prefer it over forums, but the reality is that you can post something on there and most people get it delivered to their phone instantly. It has become the easiest way to get a group of people together for a meet at Suds or wherever with little advanced notice. I just put the bigger events in this thread, but we do meet up more frequently than it appears here |

There's something going on with CICC or Ind5Gen almost every weekend that usually doesn't get posted here. I love checking out all the pics you guys post on Facebook after the events, since I usually can't make it...:(

If you are talking about CICC, message me your info and I will hand deliver it to one of the officers (I am just the Club Historian lol) this Sunday at a show we will be at.
We just help support him |
