Sadly...Divorce = No Camaro

Looks like i'm going to have to request my $1k deposit back. We just finalized the divorce and I'm stuck with the credit card debt. I can't afford the mortgage combined with other debt's so I'm going to have to sell my Mini and instead of using that money for down payment it's going to pay down my debt. I have about $14k of credit card debt and I'm hoping to get at least $11k for my Mini. It's going to be tough to make the bills (about $3k a month for it all) and I don't think I can add a $600/month car payment to the mix.

So, I will be living vicariously through you good peoples. The Camaro was going to be my 30th b-day gift to myself, but instead I'm getting a divorce. Enjoy your cars guys and maybe someday I'll be back on top to join ya.

Sorry to hear that man. I hope that everything works out in the end. And that you eventually end up with your Camaro. In the mean time, we will keep you up to date with pictures and info about our cars. Hang in there!

Woah! Sorry to hear that dude. Just another reason why the Swedish model of being together for like ten years before getting married is a pretty good one.

Sorry brother.

I feel for ya.

Maybe you will find a sweet deal on a used camaro in a couple years.

Best of luck.

You may not have to hold out forever. You can probably get your Camaro in a few years with a good budget and a few sacrifices, although it sounds like you've sacrificed plenty in the divorce.

Plenty of us will be waiting for a while, so don't feel like you're alone. We're here with you.

You know why divorce is so expensive, cause its worth it. You may have to wait alittle while but camaros will still be out there when you are able to get one.
