Found my dream car early - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I was expecting to order a 2015 and instead I found the exact car I wanted 45 min away (thank you Becky!). I was also able to save 8K because of "Wow" pricing, where as I would have had to pay much much closer to MSRP.

My last car was a 2010 Mitsu EVO. Amazing car, but it has some major design flaws. Instead of throwing money at it to up its 300 crank hp, I went back to my roots. As a kid I always wanted a Chevy muscle car. Nova, Camaro, Chevelle, Impala, I would day dream about them all, but by the time I could manage a non econo-box I fell in love with the concept of a rally car and the Evo X.

What I love about my new car:
The sound.
The interior.
The fact that I can feel the engine idling.
The sound.
And of course the power.

Now the Evo was a heavy girl, only 300 lbs lighter than the 1LE, but was a little more nimble (see Top Gear episode for 1 finger donuts in uk evo with 360 crank hp). However, cornering is the same if not better (hope that makes sense).

What is on the way:
-Extreme racing splash guards
-Shift Skip eliminator
-Husky floor mats

What is to come:
CAI CAI
RX catch can
Brake and clutch reservoir relocation kit
Mild to Wild
2X JL 10w7s and v2 slash amps(from EVO)
Focal K2 Power two way components
Focal 2 channel amp
Delete rear deck speakers
Dyno trunk, doors, etc.
Dash kit (have yet to decide on my limited options)
Optima yellow 8051-160-FFP D31A or Odyssey trolling battery
Tint
Two more 3 ton jack stands (can't wait to change all fluids at 2k miles!)
