Ok, everyone. My fiancé and I have started making plans. Our wedding date is Friday, September 13th, 2013. We are still locking everything down, but we are looking at having our ceremony at the Cynopolis in La Costa. We aren't having a real reception. We figured we could take a cruise (down Elfin Road) to the Grand Ave in Escondido (it will be a cruising the Grand Night) and we could have drinks and Appitizers at our favorite Irish Pub (O'Sullivan's). We don't have a large number of friends or family in the area and would like to invite our local Camaro5 friends to join in.

(FYI, I a cheap bastard. So, it's a BYOB and BYOF event. Buy your own booze, buy your own food, lol)

I'll update this info as it gets firmed up, but let me know if you can join us.

Awesome! Congratulations! It all depends on my wife's schedule. But I should be able to make it.

cineopolis huh? Will this be a flash mob wedding? Right in the middle of the movie everyone gets up and the bride runs in from the exit?

If you need a Ordained Minister for services (because you're cheap) PM. For a C5, I'll do your ceremony free. You'd be my first!

Update:

The Cinepolis didnt work out. The price wasn't bad, but we got a better deal. The wedding will be at the Chapel on the 32nd street naval base. Reception still planned for O'Sullivan's Irish Pub on Grand Ave in Escondido. Obviously the Elfin Rd part is out as well. It will be a straight shot up the 15 to Escondido from the base. We tried getting permission from the Cruise'n The Grand people for parking, but it was a no go. They are sticking to their pre-'74 rule. I figure we can park at the movie theater lot fairly easily and walk to the Irish bar. Their is a bank in the parking lot and the area behind it should be empty. The area isn't convenient to other businesses that share the lot.

Congrts we are here to support our family. So-Cal Camaro5 Family. Here an idea how about the Corvette Dinner lots of parking and a great menu. We have done a couple of cruises there. Just an idea.
