Thanks... 67 degrees (was supposed to only be a high of 55 today!!!). Barometer was LOW... 29.6 to 29.7... DA was probably around 1800... Normally this time of year it should have been well under 1000! Track is open until the end of the month so hopefully I can get back out there at least once more.

I got one of those Kat Matrix timers to try out. Wednesday is T&T nite at PBIR so I'll get some real times to compare both the Matrix and my IPhone "Dynolicious" app for accuracy....
I did a car show today. There was alot of interest in the 10... The "pick of the litter" for me was this '69 Z28! All I got today from the show was a door ding! Stopped on the way to the show for coffee and it must have happened while I was inside.... I spent 2 hours yesterday getting her ready so I know it wasn't there before! Bummer....

Whatever the version in the bottom video is sounds 100% better to me...smoother tone = less "ricey".

I must say, having heard Scrmings exhaust in person, I hope my decision to get the solo exhaust was not an error. Well I'm sure it will sound great, and so does this V2 of rhe MRT cat back. It's got a nice rolling grumble at idle. Reving the engine is much louder than stock but not obnoxious. And, I hate this term, but for all of you with a mullet, or if your dad has one--ricey it is not. On the track, the sound is strong and agressive. it sounds more like a supercar than a V8 wannabe. If you are fence for this system, go for it.

Looking forward to your Solo review! (The MRT kits are axle-backs though)

Sorry, I took another listen and version 2.0 seems to have a smoother tone...not so raspy/ricey.

Yep... ver 2.0 is quieter, more subdued and not so raspy... However I do not consider ver 1.0 ricey at all...

To my ears, version 2.0 has a deeper tone (???) as well. Nice.
