Or get a second set of wheels with winter tires. You cannot drive on the Goodyears under 20 degrees. They will crack.

Cool, try contacting BeckyD@RodgersChevrolet through a PM on here. She is in Woodhaven Michigan, she will get you the best deal and arrange to have the car delivered right to you. Just tell her Angrybird sent ya!
I bought my car from her and I live in Tennessee.

Welcome to Camaro5!

My 1LE is a DD. Get what you want, not what a salesman says is for you.

Mine is a DD and i enjoy driving it everywhere! Just got back from a trip to PA 4 hour drive and i enjoyed every second of it & you can never be too young for a Camaro. I say go for it!

Welcome. I've been DD'n mine for a whole 8 days now and couldn't be happier. but being in a cold climate like yourself, I do plan go getting a winter DD. I couldn't stand to see my 1LE covered in salt and grime in the winter months.
Keep us updated to what you get.

Welcome. I do not DD my 1LE, but thats by choice. Compared to my 4th gen it feels like driving a Cadillac. Will be no problem DDing even on the crappy Illinois roads. I would definitely think about some sort of paint protection though, unless you like rock chips. The wide sticky tires kick up everything.

I'm 19 and my 1LE is my daily driver, no problems whatsoever. It's an absolute joy to drive each day! Im not sure what your dealer is trying to do, but I think you should go for it, they are amazing! And the 14's are sharp!
