Status Moved to 0000 ?? From 3000 ?? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Over the weekend my status moved to 0000 so I called the dealer to see what this could mean and the dealer said, No Clue.

So I called GM and talked with Order Status Dept. The person on the end of the phone hinted around some issues of STATUS Change or even NEW order Number?? That my Dealer is the only one who could clear this up.

GM hinted this is "need to know" could really only suggest some possible reasons.

1) The dealer could have sold MY Order out from under me.
2) The dealer could have changed the order. (Which I can't think of a reason)
3) I could have a New Order number

They would not tell me anything other then to contact my dealer.

Code 0000 means "ORDER CANCELLED".

Order Number is NJWV3P is at status 0000

I would talk to your DEALER QUICK!!

I thought code 9000 was for order cancelled?

Well I talked with GM, (Got a service person named Emily involved who seems like she knows just about everything), she called my dealer, and let them have it BIG TIME for messing with my order. She will be checking weekly to make sure the status stays on track. She said that my status should be returning to 3000 shortly but will keep me posted.

This of course would be the SECOND ORDER that has Canceled on me!

The Dealer said from thier side everything appears to be Status 3000. (Which of course is crap).

The dealer told my GM Rep that the data I got off "some internet site" was clearly NOT better then thiers.

So I'm hoping and keeping my fingers crossed the GM rep is correct and that not to worry.

Will update you guys when I have more data.

Yea I think your right. Why Question MY SOURCE for the data?

when the real issue is the STATUS 0000 Which can be confirmed. (Thanks to the Amazing Dealers on this Forum.)

Why Can't all the Dealer's be as good as the ones on this Forum.

Anytime I've asked the MY DEALER my status (which is like 2 times a month at best), they seem like I'm bothering them or its a crime or something. :slice:

But Ask any dealer on this Forum, and they are totally AMAZING!

Well hopefully it will be resolved.
