I saw this earlier this week and I'm still a bit skeptical. I fully expect to see an engine between the LT-1 and LT-4 in terms of power, but the 4.5L TT is really close to the power of the LT-1 and not a whole lot greater than the LF3 in the VSport. I would think they would be shooting for 550+ HP (as the article states) than 500 HP. There were rumors at one point of a 5.3L TT in the works...I wonder if the TT part is correct but the displacement is wrong. It will be interesting to see as more information trickles out.

Man Derrick just the idea of a TT V8 of any displacement is awesome. Even if it's under rated and tuned conservatively it'll be a beast after simple bolt ons and a tune. It has always amazed me that they fit these monster engines in a crap CTS V engine bay.
