Front Plates

CT and NY requires them (don't know about NJ). Other than not putting them on, how would you make it look better? Frame? Better mounting? Let's assume I want to be a law abiding citizen...

I would recommend you get this if you don't want to put holes in your bumper.http://www.swiftmotorsports.com/prod...3137a331538fa9

i think it is an awesome product and I plan on ordering it in 2 weeks. There is also a motorized one that sells for $150 but I am buying the manual one for $60.

I'll take my chances. My Brother is a cop and I have one of the Family PBA cards. Also, unless a cop has nothing better to do he won't stop me. AS long as I have my back plate my bro said there should be no problem. Plus, if I am speeding or doing something else bad, I would be more worried about getting a ticket for that. This is like a parking ticket if he does give me a ticket.

I told my dealer to hold off on mounting a plate bracket - and they agreed they didn't want to drill holes in the front bumper.

I have no idea what I'll do to get the car to pass state inspection though...any ideas?

I won't be keeping my front plate on but need to have it on temporarily to pass inspection since my car is coming in from out of state and is not inspected in NJ. Any realistic advice?

Thanks.

Does anyone have a picture of this installed on the Camaro? I don't think it would look too good if you centered it on the front since the nose comes to a point. It looks great on the cars with the flat fronts, but I don't see this working on the Camaro well. Anyone try?
