My ZL1 was delivered in PERFECT condition.

Well... almost! It was beautifully detailed; absolutely spotless inside & out with a paint sealant that allows bugs to be low pressure washed off with ease. You would never have guessed that it sat outside for 3 friggin' months in Oshawa. When I examined the car, I noticed a couple of abrasions to the splitter... not at the pointed nose, but just ahead of the flaps infront of both tires. Even though they were fairly minor (~8" long on both sides & only visible underneath), my dealership installed a brand new splitter to make it absolutely perfect. The pointed portion of the splitter was baby's butt smooth. They received a BLACK ZL1 with 10 spokes that is being shipped to California to the new owner via an enclosed transport truck. It arrived with the same abrasions; so, I was the 2nd buyer to get a new front end.

Just curious if you checked your splitter for a similar issue & what the results were.

Stymie...

My ZL1 was delivered PERFECT also! Absolutely blemish free! And, the paint was smooth as silk. My splitter is excellent! No imperfections. None. I added upgrade mats from Rodgers Chevrolet that I highly recommend. They say ZL1. A nice touch vs stock mats.

So far 636 miles of ULTRAGRIN!

Do you have pictures of your mats? I've been looking for upgraded mats.

Thanks! My dealer even offered a loaner car, an Impala, for the 5 month wait after I sold my VR-4. I can hardly wait to get 1.5K on the meter. I've been following recommended break-in procedures & the Brembos... calipers & rotors are now properly burnished; NO rotor grooves either! ...uberSMOOTH & stop on a dime. Fade? What's that? lolz

Yeah, I ordered the optional floor mats that say CAMARO as spares. I've been in contact with Maureen & according to my UPS Tracking #... the "proper" ZL1 mats & goodies will arrive tomorrow. Nothing quite like having 3 sets of mats & now I'll have some rears.

I LOVE this car; it does everything well, but it sure is tempting to take it over 4Krpm & 80mph. Patience, patience!! My PRM-GRN license plate should be ready by June. I hated to drill the nose for a bracket, but LE has no sense of aesthetics around these parts!

Which are the floor mats that actually come with the car? I'm confused on which optional set I should order. Are the factory mats that ones that say "Camaro" or are they the "ZL-1" and which is the set that comes with the rear mats? Car only comes through with fronts right? Any suggestion on where to buy them to get the best deal?

....the factory optional mats say Camaro on them, there is another set that says ZL1 on them, which are different from the dealer installed LPO option. On my sticker I have the LPO mats that say Camaro on them....
