Props to Brandon at IPS

I ordered the PFADT springs and sways on the Group buy we had here a little while ago. On previous phone calls, he assured me that they would arrive before my car got here this week but as luck would have it , due to the Holidays....there was a delay in shipping from PFADT that was out of Brandon's control. He called me yesterday and told me that they wouldn't arrive on time. He then did some searching around to find the best way to get me my parts to the dealership could get my car ready for me to pick up on time Saturday. I have a tracking number now and they should be here on time. KUdos to Brandon and his staff for keping up a good line of communication between retailer and customer.......Customer serivce is something some vendors forget about.....rest assured if you are dealing with IPS and Brandon.....you will be taken care of!

...cool! I'm looking into getting the springs and front+rear swaybars myself...if I may ask, how much did you pay for everything (including tax and shipping) and did you get fron+rear swaybars?

What color at the springs and the bars?

They are listed on their website for about 800 for the springs and sways. Sometimes they run a group buy if there is enough interest. Since i am out of state, I did not pay tax. I believe they are black....i will know when they get here!

gotta give a big for brandon...we had a hiccup with an order i placed over black friday, i dont think i waited more than 5 minutes on his pm's when we were getting the details hammered out. very courteous and professional to deal with...not to mention his prices on kooks headers w/cats were cheaper than others for just headers. what more could u ask for?

Another +1 for IPS

Bought some bars in the group buy and Pfadt got a little overwhelmed.

Brandon was all over it, kept me in the loop, and had the bars expedited from Pfadt.

Nice to have someone looking after the customer

Brandon has been great to deal with. He doesn't just take orders - he keeps you informed, follows up on status quickly or will call his suppliers to check on status, etc. Also is very informative of issues guys are having and how to resolve them. Pricing is always competitive. I've learned to order all possible parts through IPS..... makes followup and tracking much easier. I've had a few other vendors that don't return phone calls or parts are delayed w/o any real explanation, etc. Bottom line: Brandon and IPS folks are a top notch vendor. Also kudos to Pfadt's parts..... well built and engineered, plus Aaron explains their engineering in a manner everyone can understand and doesn't get caught up in meaningless discussions like the other major suspension guy that seems to fly of the handle alot. Aaron is always very level headed.

Thanks Brandon!
