Need Some Help - Bubba Worked On My Camaro

I was test fitting my Apex Catch Can and discovered that there was little to no clearance on the inlet side and the ECU. The mounting bracket is not flush with the inner support and a zip tie was used to secure the ECU to the bracket. The ECU was securely clipped in.

Taking it apart, there are two tabs that don't have a corresponding holes, causing the bracket to stick out. It clips in, but not flush.

I looked up the part number 92241771 and it is correct. In the last pic, you can see where the tabs have worn the paint above the mounting holes.

Any thoughts?
