Vitesse Throttle Controller and Nitrous?
I already have the Vitesse, custom tune, CAI and VMAX Throttle Body. I am debating adding a 75 shot of nitrous. How would the Vitesse behave with the small shot of nitrous? Anyone?

Not a problem I use my controller with a 100 shot.

Nitrous should not come on before 3000 RPM. If you're racing, the throttle should be fairly open while you are at the line so VTC should not even come into play.

The VTC would come into play upon launch. That is the idea of the VTC, obviously - reaching max power faster. I was just curious how the nitrous would react When tHe you reach that point faster.

The Controller will help you start accelerating faster ( by eliminating Lag ), the time needed for the car to start accelerating after you hit the gas pedal and reach the RPM needed faster by Nitrous to be activated.
