Dealership sells fake ZL1?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CAMAR...#ht_3316wt_958

I thought this was a rather messed up posting on Ebay. They are simply making a fake ZL1. For around 15 grand more then what they actually sell for?

How do these places stay open?

I agree, I sent a report to ebay for item misrepresentation. Hopefully they will make them change it.

Vin number is an SS vin number and no mention of a supercharger or anything.. sheesh.

you can go to report item on the right, click listing practices, click vehicle misrepresentation, and report it.

They're probably just selling a ZL1 they have on order. Ebay requires you enter a vin # (which they don't have yet) which is why there's an SS vin.

So...why doesn't someone message this dealer and "inquire" about the car? Bring up that the VIN number listed there doesn't come up as a ZL1 and you're curious as to why that was done. Play stupid...leads to the most fun lol

The thing that disappoints me is that there are like 5 offers that didn't go through? What were those people thinking?

You're going to start seeing these types of ADs in eBay from dealers to get customers in from selling inflated ZL1 they ordered. When ZR1 came out, I saw similar types on eBay. Not surprised.

+1
It is a big dealership with 100% feedback. They could certainly wirte the add better to indicate what is truly going on.

That's what I'm thinking too......seemed pretty obvious to me . Especially after seeing that VIN is on their site for an SS going for $38,800.

Jeez.....you dudes need to calm down.
