Was talking to one of our old church members today, he was a mule skinner during ww2. In the mountains of Italy. God Bless All the WW2 vets. The greatest generation.:thumbsup :

My Dad was a WW2 vet. War is always unfortunate as many men die.

Just remember the greatest generation "ever" gave us the hippies of the 60's.

I remember. Last year I went to Europe and did my own Canadian battlefield tour, and I based it around being on Juno beach on the 65th anniversary.

My Grandfather landed there this day in 1944 on LST-355. He still has pictures from Omaha beach.
