Is the site working or not? There was a post stating the site wasn't supported anymore, did this change?

I just checked my order because I was curious and noticed something that wasn't there before.
The TPW date appears or maybe it was there the last time I checked and just didn't notice it.

It shows it was checked on 23 July, that was around the time it went down.

There's an owner section on the Chevy website that you can track your order. It's not as detailed as GMConnects but it'll give you an idea. Only other option is to have your dealer check. .

Guess GM Connects is working, just got an update my order went to 3300

I think what happens is when your dealer logs in and checks it updates it and you can see it. Mine was just showing status 2000 as of 7-23-12 for the last update and then my dealer just checked it and now it shows 4B00 with a checked date of 8-13-12. So I'm not sure if it is working or just updates when dealer checks it.

Mine still shows 3800 as of 6/19 and hasn't been checked since 7/17.

GMconnects in the regards that it will e-mail you major chages such as Event 2000 and Event 3400, but it does not work for interim updates.

Just got an e-mail update this afternoon announcing I went Event 3400 with a TPW of 8-6-12.
