Simple! The marbling/rattling noise will be no more.

Check your coolant level for the heat exchanger, the dealer did not fill mine all the way up and it still had air in the system.

is the supercharger aftermarket solid isolator modification fairly simple to do in an average garage with good mechanical skills but poor computer and diagnostic skills? I'm just wondering because my LSA is rattling marbles really bad..

It can be kinda involved, see this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=313908

Not to mention that you will need to either be a contortionist for the back bolts or remove your cowl and drill access holes into the body under there.

It's very very involved. A performance shop would charge 3 hours labor.

Get it warrantied!!

for a manual zl1, you may get a flutter noise or buzz at 800-900 rpm.
install a 5 percent ati balancer while they do the job. will get you some HP. and a tune is not required if there is no CAI replacement.

omg! Yep.. I think ill let a shop do the work.. Thank you though. Does the isolator eventually get worse and start internal damages?

No it usually doesn't cause any other damage. Just some grooves in the shaft. Sometimes the bearing will go dry and squeal on these as well.

I just had mine replaced under warranty. The #13313: Special Coverage Adjustment-Supercharger Warranty Extension-(May 22,2014) States Condition- some 2009-2013 model year Cadillac CTS and 2012-2013 model year Chevrolet Camaro Vehicles, equipped with a 6.2L V8 engine (LSA), may have a condition where the engine's supercharger may not function as designed. If this were to happen, the supercharger may develop a noticeable rattle noise at idle. The noise will typically go away when the engine RPM is raised slightly above idle. However, if left uncorrected, the problem, over time, may lead to contamination of the lubricating grease and cause the bearing to squeal. If left unaddressed, the bearing may overheat and cause engine seizure or a no-start condition.
