inspired by rogues post.

This sunday, easter of course i was sitting with some male relatives, who thought they new about the camaro " o dont it cost like "50,000$" and dont they only have one model you can get. This is not the first time this has happend and proly wont be the last!

depending on my mood and who it is and how far off base they are if i will correct them. I find myself getting so aggravated when people have outlandish comments and actualy think they are true.

have you had the similiar conversations, how do you handle the?

I get this all the time, and some of it is from our Ford dealership; which is on the otherside of our lot from Chevy!

They are just jealous of all of us, cause we saw the light!

We got a '10 GT Mustang in today and it's 38k...and they still try to convince me to get that car. They just dont get it.

well for me it gets on my nerves because the guy that is doing it works at a chevy dealer. I would like to think they would know more about it than I would but unfortunately is not true. He'll learn eventually

My favorite is the ones who tell me that their not making the Camaro. It's been cancelled. I've heard that their not making the SS. They only made 500 SSs and they cost over 150k. And I'm talking about people who say it as if they know for a fact. Guys who say they know someone on the 'inside' who told them this.

I try and tell them to get on this site but they tell me I'm a dumbass for beleiving the internet. Most of my freinds tease me for being a member of a forum and think they know everything.

Of course my good friends are happy for me. (But still tease me for the forum thing) I don't care because when I get my car I'll just tell them, YUP, I got this baby for 150k. It's one of only 500.
