Garth do you like your MTI shifter , thinking of getting one , just looking for input if its worth the money .

Thanks Brad
I've been real happy with the MTI shifter. Utilizes the stock knob, which I liked - since I have the orange stitching with the IOM interior. The Hurst shifter looks great, but a little too short on shifts from what I've heard - that can lead to possible syncro damage.
I haven't checked it out real close, but I heard Barton is really good too.

If you're needing a tuner eventually (depending on mods), you might want to see who they use 1st - that way before/after #s are actually comparable. Dynojets correct for altitude, while others have a correction factor the tuner plugs in that can be manipulated. All the dyno's will vary regardless of brand. Corvette Connection and RMCR's dynos tend to read a little lower than AIR's current dyno shop from what I've seen. Not sure how MAC Autosport's compares. But in the end, you're looking for the increases and tuning, not just the peak # on the sheet anyway (even though all of us like it).

Hey guys checking in

Sorry if I have not called back, The shop is being moved right now, lots going on !

Garth, My Dyno only reads higher cause I'm tuning them, I've got some new skills up my sleeve since I last tuned ur car
Jk. No in all seriousness the dynojet Dyno cannot be faltered. No human input to mess with the numbes. They all read within a couple of hp of each other, Allen Takes his 415/417 Camaro to MAC's they will be very close.

I'll follow up with my pending voicemails tomorrow. Sorry for any delays.

Clint

Mac's dyno is probably the highest for some reason. even their uncorrected numbers. they use a weather station to correct their numbers, they dont manipulate it in any way its just their dyno reads a little higher. AIR's dyno is a little less than MAC's dyno.

what you really need to know is your before and after numbers. thats the most imp thing. also ask for your uncorrected #s because thats what matters here and thats what your car is really making at this altitude.

Clint Good luck with the new shop! cant wait to see it........

I'm looking for some seat covers for my car. I've looked online and have only found 1 or 2 styles.Nothing floats my boat. But my drivers seat is shot on the back rest. Not sure what happened.Only can say it's been driven just about everyday since June 6th 2009!

I think they stopped having it at the Ford Dealership last year sometime. They meet over behind Park Meadows at The Great Indoors parking lot.

Were you driving around Parker this morning on Jordan? If so, I was the one in the VR w/white stripes driving along side of you
