When are you putting yours away?

I'm going to put my 1LE on jack stands for the winter and bring the tires inside...because of the reported cracking of the tires in freezing temperatures.

anyone else doing the same? if so..when?

I live in South Jersey and my garage is not heated. I have 6' wide by 20' long blankets that we use in construction to protect concrete from freezing. I am going to put one up against the garage door and wrap it around the side of my car. I am hoping the temperatures occasionally go up above forty so I can take my car out once in a while. I usually do this with my motorcycle and it seems to work out every year.

Out here in Cali I can run year round. But since I'm deploying late November. I'll probably put her away in a friends garage until April.

If you're reading this objects In side view mirrors are losing as I'm rowing the 3:91's

Now garage kept every night because the temperature is going down and lots of rain. We have a bylaw that forces us to have snow tires from December 15 to march15. So any day I can get it out I will untill then. As for the rest, it sits in the garage (Heated). I add some StaBil and take the tire pressure to 40Lbs + a Battery Tender.

You need to get some cheap wheels to put on your car, I wouldn't chance letting your suspension just hang for such a long period...
