Big 3 to make diesel an option to domestic customers
If the Camaro doesn't work out it's nice to know I'll have the option of another GM product with a Silverado/Sierra diesel variant. A Camaro diesel might not be such a bad idea either.

A diesel would work for me, as long as it's in a daily driver.

^Why not??? Diesel technology is far from what it was in the 80's, which in unfortunately is what most Americans recall when they think "Diesel". I think if the Europeans can switch to Diesel as the primary means of getting from point A to B I think we could match them with a variety of alternatives.

If they can show that diesel is cleaner than what we remember, it will sell. And most of the new fuel saving technologies should work with diesel too right? like AFM, hybrid systems, and VVT?
