I know alot of you get depressed by reading some of these kinds of threads but I felt I needed to talk this out and I kno alotta ppl here on C5 are very comforting so I decided to post about this and sorry in advance for a long read

Today I was supposed to meet my gf and some friends at the beach and I had errands to run so my gf and all my friends went ahead in my friends dads pickup truck after finishing my errands I got in my car and began driving to the beach halfway there I get a call from the hospital sayin my friends truck was in an accident and they were all taken to the hospital. I quickly exited the freeway and turned around towards the direction of the hospital when I got there luckily my gf and most of my friends were ok however one of them was knocked unconscious at the scene and is still not waking up apparently he was sitting in the passenger seat and a delivery truck ran a red light right as they were crossing the intersection and it plowed right into the passenger side of the car like I said all my friends and my gf are ok except for the one who was sitting int he passenger seat. The doctor said that he should've woken up a half hour ago and thinks he took a harder hit than he though so now we don't know how long it'll be until he wakes up and besides not being able to wake up he also has a broken leg a broken wrist and his arm is broken in 2 places as well. Me and my friends were at the hospital all day and just came home now since the doctors needed to check on his current condition and they said they would call one of us if he wakes up so now all I can do is sit and wait so I really need you guys to keep my friend in your prayers hes been my best friend since before we could even walk. So pelase guys keep my friend in your prayers he really needs them!

Absolutely, your friend (and many others) are in our thoughts every day. Hope he shows some positive signs of progress in the next couple days..
