I looked to trade in my Tahoe they wanted to give me $15,000 for this bad boy

Went back home ripped it apart back to stock. Then went back to the dealer and they gave me $23,000. What a difference.

Anybody know where I could go to get this part installed and payed for by cash- MTI Racing Stage 3 Camshaft? or if theres any place with camshafts in stock?

I don't know about places that have that cam in stock. However, some installers not horribly far from you are Haddad Motorsports, Granatelli Motorsports, and Supercharger connection to name a few reputable ones.
