yank ss series 3600 stall on the way!!!

just ordered the yank 3600 ss series stall FINALLY for the car. and the PHASTEK Transmission Oil Cooler. i put this off for long enough, time to actully get this boat off the line.

how have your expiriences gone with yank stalls and a 100-150 shot? i'd assume some great 60fts and just pure grins on the first launch at the track

btw first stalled vehicle i'll be driving down the strip.

let me read some of your stories of seat of the pants experiences when making test hits

Don't have one personally but have heard that the Yank and Circle-D are the top converters to buy and have the best luck with.

I can tell you with my 3600 circle D triple disk locked pulls like a freight train
I don't daily drive it but when I make trips feels good rpms are low and best 60ft on motor is a 1.53 so far and hoping 1.45s after the new motor setup this weekend.

I daily drove my Circle D Single Disc 3600-3800 for a tad bit before I got another car. It was fine, you just have to get used to it. I consistently 60ft 1.49/1.50, with a lowest of 1.46.

I run a Yank SS3600 and have ran 1.46 60ft's and I don't have to lock it to MPH (127mph).

Now that I've added heads and cam, I'm going to re-stall my car to a 3600. I've already been 1.59 with bolt-ons.

In the past I've had as big as a 5500 stall in a car, but I don't plan to ever go that big in my Heavy Chevy.

You'll like it Shizzy.
