My New Ram air for Vararam
Installed and ran this one with no codes being activated, great increase in torque and less lag off the throttle, not a huge change in sound but then hard to hear that over the borla atak exhaust. I know some will hate the carbon fiber look but I did it because I like it not to impress others. If any one has any questions on the vararam I can highly recommend it. Install was thirty minutes.

Does this somehow make the mailslot functional?
Thank you in advance.

Nope. Mailslot is still not functional, it's just pulling air in from in front of the radiator.

Looks very nice
Because I'm the kind that leaves my engine cover off and am a function over form person I have a question. Does the cosmetic changes to the Vararam change is thermo properties? How does the VR feel to the touch, after driving in town on a hot day? My stock VR, under the conditions described, is cool to the touch except right next to the throttle body.
