Not sure about the upper control arm, as you said, it's a pretty "beefy" piece, but I suppose anything is possible. It sounds like something with the rear cradle was definitely tweaked!!! Wish I could point you in the direction of a good chassis shop out there, but unfortunately, I don't have any contacts in your area. Let us know what it is once you figure it out!!! You definitely should kick that guys @$$!!! Hahahaha!!!
