I used the OnStar app on my iPhone for a little while but I then deleted it. I thought it was okay but I didn't like how long it took from the time I chose to start my Z from the app from the actual time that the car actually started. I know there will always be some sort of delay, but good Lord. it seems like the delay was kind of on the excessive side.

Deleting the App doesn't cancel the App. I read in the 10,000 pages of microscopic fine print that you have to contact On Star to cancel the App or its still active. Not that it really matters, but I'm one of those crazy people who actually reads the fine print.

Don't install the beta versions of iOS 7 if you want to continue using the OnStar app. The authentication is broken and will tell you your user name and password are incorrect even though it's correct.
