New stizzle update.

Strong MAF ordered from Apex motorsports 6-22-12

I've noticed some slight bucking at low RPM, as well as random hesitation when downshifting to 2nd in passing situations (or just when I feel like gettin a lil)

Checked my MAF and sure enough it's the "weak" version.

Will update when my new "Strong" maf is installed.

Also have a set of plasti dipped rear taillight bezels OTW from SSRS55, and ffs I need to get my footwell lights installed. They've been sitting by my XBOX for like 2 months now LOL.

Been a while!!!!

To update: The MAF sensor worked like a charm. It cured some of the low speed bucking, and made acceleration much more crisp. I think my next step to get that magical throttle response will be to snap up a ported throttle body.

The car is put away and sleeping for the winter, but Santa Wife ordered me a custom painted heritage grille from River City, Lupe is going to paint the turn signal edges CGM, and the center "mouth" part of the grille VR to match my stripes. Should tie in with the red and grey theme really well without being over the top. I didn't want an all red grille, and I wanted to get a little more red on my car. I'm SUPER excited about this mod. I've been wanting a heritage grille since I saw one on 3CamarosOnHand's car a few years ago.

Obviously I won't have pics until the springtime but I'm more excited than ever about this car.

OH All excitement aside: My AC Belt issue has returned again. So just like last year, my first drive of the season will be to the repair shop.

Ive been getting the same exact issue, happens randomly so i have just ignored it. Good thing im not the only one and there seems to be a possible solution

The newer MAF helped with that problem quite a lot. The hesitation really disappeared. I do still get the occasional low RPM bucking but it's only at like......parking lot speeds.

For under a hundred dollars the MAF is definitely a worthy upgrade.

Thanks for the kind words.
