Patience patience patience and a few new sharp blades.... I will post a pic later on of the backside with the tape on. It took about 45 min to an hour to cut out each one.

Thanks.... I used a heat gun and heated up the emblems for about 10-15 seconds, took floss and "sawed" it back and forth as i ran it behind each letter. Then buffed off what was still left over with the dremel and polishing wheel.
