Price check....Headers,tune...possible gears or cam

Need everyones advice on the cost and other thoughts about this quote that I got from a shop that I am feeling pretty comfortable with.
ARH 1 7/8 with cats and X pipe $1,895
Header install labor $250
Dyno tune with before and after figures and road test $1,100

Gear set 3;73 or 4;10 $640
Insallation parts $150
Install gear labor $400

Cam swap labor $500
Cam,springs,retainers$750-$850 depending on options

Okay, please bring on all comments, good and bad, as I want to make an informed decission on this.
Please keep in mind, this is a 1SS with a manual trans and is just a couple hundred mile a month car and does not see rain or snow so I am not worried about dailey driving or gas mileage.
Minimum that I will have done for sure is the headers and performance tune and possibly throwing the cam OR the gears into the mix as I am looking for as much low end torque that I can get and am not concerned with top end speed.
All comments welcomed and thanks everyone!

ARH 1 7/8 with cats and X pipe $1,895 too high
Header install labor $250 good
Dyno tune with before and after figures and road test $1,100 way too high

Gear set 3;73 or 4;10 $640 good
Insallation parts $150 too low something is missing
Install gear labor $400 too low they obviously don't know what they are getting in to.

Cam swap labor $500 too low Same here
Cam,springs,retainers$750-$850 depending on options too low missing parts or substandard parts.

Okay, please bring on all comments, good and bad, as I want to make an informed decission on this.

Bringing to the top for any other thoughts.
It is very frustrating to find somebody to do this work and know they are doing a good job and pricing fairly/accordingly.
A few of you vendors/shops on here seem to really know your stuff but unfortunetly most are multiple hundreds of miles away :(

ARH 1 7/8 with cats and X pipe $1,895 that price is actually on par... unless someone can provide a link on a price that is substantially cheaper?
Header install labor $250 Sounds fair
Dyno tune with before and after figures and road test $1,100 Way too much... I would expect something along 500-600

Gear set 3;73 or 4;10 $640 you can get a price a LITTLE cheaper
Insallation parts $150 half install kit or full install kit?
Install gear labor $400 did a shop quote you at this, or are you estimating? If a shop told you this, I would jump on this. Gears is kind of universal (well at least the hardest part is), if you are estimating, I would add a couple hundred bucks.... especially if the shops you are looking at are not familiar with 5th gen camaros yet.

Cam swap labor $500 sounds right
Cam,springs,retainers$750-$850 depending on options details on what you are looking for... if it includes pushrods, that sounds about right.... if not.. you can probably get a cheaper price

That is the 1/2 install kit.The tune itself is $500 with the balance being dyno time before and after tune and road test.
The $400 gear labor is the shop quote and NOTHING was estimated by me. These are all quotes from the shop.
I am guessing that some of these costs may be regional also.

I have a quote for Kooks 1 7/8" LT catted headers installed with a dynotune for a total of about $1900 from a reputable shop. (headers $1185, install $262.50, tune $350, plus tax).

(I have a separate quote for the headers and a full catback exhaust. I have decided to have the headers and exhaust all done at once.)

I think your tune is too high.

The OP said they wanted ARH headers.... is your quote with these said headers? I kind of find it hard to believe you can get yourself a set of ARH headers and catted connection pipes for 1185

Sorry, no. You're right. I should have said that. I am getting Kooks headers. I edited my first post. Thanks for pointing that out.
