Exclamation Sunroof HELP?

I have a 2010 Camaro and the sunroof will not close all of the way, it sticks up about 1/16 of an inch after I close it. I can manually push down on the sunroof and it will be level with the surface of the roof, but how can I adjust the limit switch to get it to close all of the way?

Any help?

Thanks

I wouldnt mess with anything... Just take it to the dealership and let them fix it. The only thing I can think of is check the track to make sure nothing is on it that would stop it from completely closing. Other than that take it to the dealer

I too would recommend using your dealer, as this should be a warranty item. I have seen a few models in the past that needed to be re timed kind of like the side windows. A lot on here refer to that procedure as indexing. You might try that and let us know what you find out.

Mine has been like that since I got it back in October of '09. I even did the recalibrate and it won't do down any further.

On the plus side, it does not leak.

I need to get to the dealership just as soon as I can go without the car for a while. LOL

61,000 miles . Take it to the dealer anyways and hope it wont be too much $$. Better be safe and take it to the dealer instead of possibly making it worse. Good luck
