My 2SS gets 20MPG combined lifetime with 2,850 miles on the clock. No racing, but I don't exactly drive like pepe either.

Yazeed, a lot of the Camaro's run rich, I have a CAI, Longtube Headers, and Low Res. Cats, and was getting less than 27mpg on the Highway, had a Triffecta tune done to my car, Vince, from Triffecta said I was running to Rich and addjusted the Air/Fuel Ratio to were it should be , My Car Dyno'd at 275 hp at the rear wheels and my Gas Millage on the HighWay at 65 was 32.7. Do what Deki suggested, don't use the Computers mpg readout, that could be deffected. Fill up, jot down the milage, get on the Highway, drive for 1/2 hour or so,at 65, then fill up again, divide the amt of gas into the millage and see what you come up with.

Yazeed....what is your average MPH?

That could possibly tell the story. (sitting in traffic)

Otherwise:

1) You are driving with a heavy foot
2) car has issues
3) Your trolling

Usually in the city I get about 19 or so and that's with a lot of pedal pressing to the floor. Recently did a 2 hour trip and got a little over 27...but I was milking it for the first time since I've had the car. Not bad with all my mods.

Sometimes when I fill up and then reset the measurements I get say 25l/100km ---> down to 18l/100km ---> down to my average of 15.

It takes a bit of driving but it eventually balances out. It always seems to start around what you are getting but drops over time - say a 5km drive.

This is all city driving btw.

No, that would be horrendous for an SS, let alone a V6

Only way I get 25ish area is if I reset the display and get into 1st and put my foot down and let it scream. After I reset, as soon as I get into 4th or 5th that goes way way down to below 12 in a few mins. But normally it never starts off that high.

I do a mix of city and highway the worst I avg over a 1000+ km is 11.5l/100km... I'm always in the 9.0 to 11.5 range and yes I do some very spirited driving
