SMALL Sun Visors

If there is any gripe I have of my car, its that the sun visor size. What the hell was GM thinking?

They are a joke as they are nowhere near tall enough to help with sun glare before the sun even starts to think about getting close to the horizon. Plus, they are WAY too short lengthwise and heightwise to do any good when the sun is at your side.

There is plenty of room where they could have installed a taller visor to solve the sun glare in the front. There are few inches in front of the current visor mounting location where a taller visor could be located. And, if they would have installed pull out extensions, like the truck visors, that would take care of the sun at your side.

Oh well. That's pretty minor considering I haven't come across anything yet that could be considered a defect. (Knock on wood)

Perfect for me, but I sit tall.

I agree. They are useless.

Seriously though, I sit tall so in most cases they work fine for me when I use them. Plus, the low cut of the front roof line and sunglass work really well for me.

I agree about the sun visor and you would think they could at least put a 50 cent light in the glove box for cryin out loud 56 chevy BelAire came standard with that.

Yeah, I agree. The visors aren't the best that they could be especially for the sides. Still, it's a minor problem that fades from my mind quickly everytime I step on the gas.

Yeah it's funny hahaha I'm tall, but they make no difference. I would have rather they not put them in at all.

My husband said the same thing, but I'm fine with them. I have to wear sunglasses anyways, my old eyes don't adjust very well anymore. He moved the visor to the side window, and said they were totally useless over there.

I don't have a problem with them. When I drop the shade, I can barely see out the front windshield. But I am tall as well.
