Thanks for the info Fen. I need to pay off this Camaro ASAP> I think the Aussies would revolt if the Commodore went FWD But if it went AWD....Hmmmm

If chevy offered me a two door coupe with a V8 and a good exhaust tone. Push button start and keyless entry. Some plush leather seats, a HUD, and a modern cockpit with no retro crap. Add a great looking exterior to it Go ahead and slap whatever fricken name on it cause I won't care at that point. I will save up and buy.

Right now, the closest thing to that is the Chevy SS. And to be honest, I think I'm going to buy a Chevy SS. It's not a two door (which is a big deal to me). But it has everything I want in a daily driver. Problem is, I don't think it will last long enough for me to get one. I just ordered my camaro, it's going to at least be 3 years before I can afford to buy the Chevy SS. :(

Which brings me to my next question Fen. In your expert opinion. How long is GM going to build this Gen 1 Chevy SS? And would you expect a Gen 2? How long would you guess I have to pick one of these up given my situation?

I mean, Look at this freaking interior! OMG!

Mmmmm
Congrats on the camaro! What'd you get?

Those of you who know me well know that I love police cars.

I actually picked up a white Impala 9C1 back in October, and I'm happy to say I picked up another one last night. The new is black.

Granted they are 1:64 scale.

Yeah, the Stingray is nice, but a little more than I would like to spend on a car right now.

I do plan on eventually owning an Impala or Caprice though. Not sure which.

Caprice would be nice but GM discontinued the more liveable 9C3 model, so if I wanted a newer model I'd probably have to import a center console from Australia. Which also presents the problem of what to do with the gaping hole where the floor shifter would go since all Caprices will have dash-mounted shifters now.

I do own a shuttle. This is one of the last ones I believe. Lego discontinued it and I had to search all over to find it.

Jordan has a bunch more.
