I've been doing some searching to find out if I could get a new hood for my 2014 1LT, and I already saw someone say the seibon is planning on releasing hoods for the 14 model in 6-8 months, however does anyone know the time frame for fiberglass hoods like http://www.aitracing.com/Hoods/Chevr...maro-2010-2012 from AIT Racing? Or are there possibly any hoods that are available right now. If nothing I would at least like to find where I could get one of the stock ss hoods like the one sold here http://www.jimmiejohnsonchevrolet.co...-11177825.html.

You could get a 2014 SS hood from anywhere, dealer, eBay, a discount GM parts store. The 2014's are too new overall for a custom hood to already be made. You may want to check the diameter of the cowl of hood on your car because when I looked at a 2014 LT close up at a dealership it appeared that it had the 2010-2013 hood. Expecially since the LT's with really stripes get the 2010-2013 rally stripe kit. It definitely didn't have as wide of a diameter cowl as the 2014 SS hood has also.

Hmm alright thanks for the advice I'll look into it and see if there really is a difference. I haven't yet taken the time to measure it myself I was just going off of what I've heard. Also do you think I would be able to have a dealer order just a hood for me?
