2) Battery.... 4 years can be about the time a battery dies. Add in not being charged from normal driving and this could be the issue.

Both these are cheap and easy to check/replace. Much better than spending the coin on an ECM.

UPDATE:

Just as everyone suggested the PCM failed, so the dealer replaced it as well as my blower. They also took the time to go over the rest of the car and replaced a failed mag ride level sensor. Very satisfied with the service from this dealership. Thanks all for your suggestions.
