As a neutral person, I think your wrong on this one Dave! He buys your product, sells your product, installs your product, who gives a dam that he used your instructions. I was fixing on buying some DMS stuff from him so i could get the tuning portion reduced, are you saying I shouldn't?

The shady part here is that the Dave's Company name was clearly removed from the instructions, given Ted the benefit of the doubt that he didn't know, the correct action would be to pull it off his website and issue an apology. Dave makes great products and provides great support. To have instructions that you spent your time and effort to develop for your product ripped off and re-branded, either knowingly or not, is a slap in the face.
