The cruise at the 1st Fest In Valdosta was great, well organized and went along with out any hitches! There were times the cops would get up close to 100 mph and so did we!

But there weren't as nearly as many cars I'm sure!

For everyone who will pass, what if there was a back roads cruise?

I'd be in for something formal, yet less formal, on back roads. A pre-run meeting similar to a group cycle ride to explain expectaions and plans to deal with the group being split up or cut into, excessive throttle-jockeying, etc. and then just follow a leader out towards the West and away from city traffic. No flashers or cops required...

There were an estimated 300 cars in the Valdosta cruise but it was a
rural setting for the most part....... Did you say "close to 100 ?" - lol.

The pucker factor definitely pegged a couple times during the cruise .....BUT I will never forget seeing that many Camaros cruising down the interstate. And I personally think ISP did a great job of assisting with the cruise. As a member of the law enforcement community I fully realize what kinda of huge effort that took. I'd love to get a chance to make a lap (at ANY speed) around IMS. That is hallowed ground IMO.
