2012 Boss vs. 2010 SS LS3, who would win?

I'm Just curious, my boss( no pun intended) is talking about getting a 12' Boss and he's been talkin' some smack about how he would kill me in a drag race? Now I know stock vs. stock he's probably right, but now here is the difference. I have a SS,LS3 K&N cold air intake, magnaflow cat back exhaust and it's been lowered. His will be stock(that's assuming now) and he is about 400 plus pounds were I am about 190, so there is where I think we will be close, with the weight now closer. So what do all of you think?????

He is 400lbs? WTF?

Even with his weight, I think he still got you.

So what your saying is that I should find a way to sneak in about 100 pounds of sand bags in his car, so then I might have a chance

that boss is fast... You'd need some more HP upgrades and suspension upgrades to keep up with it, even with a 300 lb personal weight advantage. But your cars' weight pretty much negates that anyway. You may have a better chance with drag radials and some drag specific suspension upgrades though...

I know what your sayin', (If) I keep this car, my plans this year was to install long tube headers, free flow cats and a custom tune. And possibly a set of 4.11 gears. But I just found out my wife is preg. with #3 and i just don't know if this car will be practical anymore?

With his big butt, I would say a drivers race and it should be very close. If you get some headers then I would say you have it. At 400lbs thats gonna hurt him allot, they have less torque and the power band is moved up from the 5.0 so I am going to say that would kill his advatange and even things out.

He would still be at a 114lbs disadvantage with the 400lb driver in the boss.
but his camaro is not stock so who knows where the race will end up.
Are you guys going to line up at the track?

How much seat time does he have at an actual drag strip? On street tires running at the drag strip on a test and tune day is not as easy as it looks. He could end up just sitting and spinning....
