Came Across An Amazing 4th Gen

So my wife and I went out today in her '13 2SS/RS to have some work done on it and while we were out, we came across an amazing 4th Gen Z28. It is a 1998 Z28 fully loaded with only 35,000 miles and this Camaro is literally flawless and 100% stock. It only has a tiny rock chip and that is it. No rust, no squeaks, no fluid problems, runs strong and brakes quick. It is literally like going back to 1998 and buying this car off the lot at a Chevrolet dealer.

Needless to say we took her home

Nice find!

I still can't seem to find it in me to love the 4th gens though.

Nice 4th gen. I love my 98 Z28.

Get ready for the hate, though. Seems the LS1 F Bodies are the least popular.

You know, I had a 3rd gen, and when I had it I loved it. Buuuut....looking back, I can see how it lacked a certain timeless charm like the first gens. Though this car is in great shape and the owner is obviously proud of it(as it should be) It's not my preference. I hope that the 5th gens will retain that timeless quality as the gens progress(I feel it will), but only time will tell. Congrats to the owner of preserving that fine machine.

Funny i was out riding my bike yesterday and came across a 98-2002 Z28 in white with t-tops and a 6-speed and stopped to take a look for my son. I'm not sure of the exact year because it wasn't posted on the car. He has a 93 Z28 auto no t-tops and is looking for a new model 98-2002 6 speed. This new white one just might be the car he is looking for.
