Line out converter

I have a 2011 with BA. I curently have my RCAs for my sub ran to a line out converter hooked up to my factory 6x9s. What I am wondering is if I buy the harness that Sub thump makes will it help with the quality of the sound. I do notice that my bass can be inconsistent. My hope is that this would help with that. If it will not I dont want to waste my money.
Thanks for any help. Jason

I'm going to say yes. You're probably suffering some distortion from the factory amp, so getting your signal from ahead of the Boston amp would probably help.

Think I will just order it. It will bug me if I don't. If anyone has done it both ways please chime in and let me know how it sounded both ways. Thanks Jason

I have the non ba system and I used 2 locs one for the sub and another for the door speakers and rear speakers I was also thinking about buying the ******** adapter be cause my bass sounds weird when the volume is low and I get a noise when I accelerate but I want to make sure the adapter from sub thump will make it sound good before I spend money on it

It came today. Got it all hooked up. Sub sounds much better now. I can say it was well worth the money. Jason
