If so, that wasn't much of a "full cage" what with a plate at the bottom of the main hoop sitting atop the floor pan and through bolted. The hoop should have been boxed in at the rear bulkhead.

In addition...while the Mustang rated 4/5 in both the frontal and side crash categories, it achieved a 5 star rating for rollover protection as did the Camaro.
