Anywhere Local to Install Skip Shift Eliminator?

Has anyone in lower eastern MI found a place to install a skip shift eliminator?

any shop can do it it. all you do is raise the car and pull the plug and install the new one and your done!

if you have a two jack stands and a jack you can do it in no time

No jack stands but I could just check a couple of local shops I suppose, thanks.

I live in Livonia. It probably wouldn't be hard to install, I just don't have ramps or jack stands.

I am in Royal Oak...I have everything in my garage...but it will take longer for the car to cool off than to install the part.

Do you already have the part?

If you don't want your dealer to do it or they won't, go to a trans shop. 10mins & $25 is what it cost me.

No, I have not ordered one yet. I appreciate the offer but with the drive out there, I may just call up my dealership to see if they would do it.

It would not be a bad investment to buy a set of Jack stands. You will get good use out of them. Just a thought.
