2024 Camaro production end timetable

New rumor is that the 2024 Camaro convertible will end production Nov 22, 2023 and the coupe will end production December 7, 2023.

Previously it was set to end in January but I guess the strike may have caused this to potentially happen sooner.

Looks like GM is counting on the collectors edition and huge price hike to make up for the very low production for the 2024s.

Seems like it is not a rumor:

And I just noticed the December date - another reason the day will live in infamy.

Glad we ordered early. Pick it up next week.

Strike isn’t going yo help production numbers.

Last official word was they were going to crank out the 24's. GM likes money too much, if they have a crap ton of orders lined up it's easy money, I could see them extending production, since recently sales jumped.

But GM also doesn't give a flying dunkin' donut about its enthusiasts, so maybe it will end early.

I'm not a Mopar guy, but you have to admire Dodge for just building something popular forever, and doing whatever it takes to keep it popular. Doesn't always work (Viper), but they try.

GM might want to do that but with the strike happening right now. That's going to hamper their plans.

But we'll have to see. Production was too end in January but now it's supposedly too end sooner so who knows. But the 2024 is going to be the lowest production year for the Camaro for sure.

They already committed the facilities to build something else, so they won't extend Camaro production unless that other product falls through.
