i ordered something from this site on 1/30/14. On my shipping info i used all lower case for my street name instead of capitalizing the first letter and this threw off there system canceling my order smfh. I called them and it they said it would take about 3-5 days to get a refund.....still no refund

Yes and they suck, run away! I filed several complaints with BBB, state, etc.

they sold me the wrong color dash trim and then wouldn't let me return it. thank god for gen5diy they found the right color dash trim and ordered it for me .

Just an FYI. When you see GMpartsdirect.com show a shipping and handling price of like $435 for a 10 dollar part, that's because the part has been discontinued and this is a way of flagging it to be removed from the computer system on the next purge. Heck, nobody's going to buy it so they don't have to worry about someone's refund on ordering a discontinued part.
