LSR CAI always researching
Had a customer come in and wanted to change his CAI from brand x. He ended up gaining about 10hp peak and 12lbs of torque. The numbers before were with out cats. The new numbers with our kit are with cats. All he has is long tubes and a cat-back. This is an automatic. Just some quick videos.
pdf file is the dyno sheet. LSR intake front view LSR rear view Brand x |

Hey I know that car
The difference between my old brand X and LSR is like night and day. There is absolutely no comparison. The fit is just perfect, my throttle response feels better, my MPG went from 14 city to 17, and the quality of the CAI is right on. The fact that you actually hand weld these is also a work of art. And it’s all done right there at the shop! 32 seconds into the first video you can hear it sucking in that air. Looking forward to having the entire LSR line installed! |

2quick, do you guys plan on making a hard plastic, carbon lama nit, or polished elbow for this intake? I personally think that silcone elbow makes the intake look really cheap!!!!!

I can tell you I had an aluminum elbow on my last intake because I was going for appearance and not performance. It was the worst performing intake! The heat the elbow was trapping in defeated the purpose of a “cold air” intake. Hey, but it looked nice. I’m sure there are great performing polished aluminum intakes out there but unfortunately it took me $495.00 to realize that looks only go so far. Personally I love the look of the LSR intake. It's a solid piece. These guys are all about performance.
